About Me

My name is Braydan, and I work in IT. In my day to day role I manage infrastructure and security operations, and in my free time I enjoy tinkering with tech, building out my homelab, and participating in Capture the Flag events.
I hold a Bachelors degree in Network Engineering and Security, and I currently hold Sec+, Net+, Cloud+, and SSCP certifications. I am currently enrolled in PEN-200 by Offsec, and plan to be taking the OSCP exam in August. I'm excited to share that I was also accepted into the Professional MBA program at the renowned UW-Madison Wisconsin School of Business. Very excited to start that this fall as well.
Current Projects
Please keep an eye on my Projects page for projects that I'm working on! I'm currently building out a Proxmox cluster to replace my current methodology of VMWare/Hyper-V/VirtualBox for VM management. I also enjoy tinkering with Arduino and ESP32 boards, and am planning a project around having a water sensor connected to an ESP32 board, which then sends an email to myself and my wife if it detects water (there's some trauma there, that's another story). Maybe I'll try to have it send an SMS? Not sure what that entails yet, but I'm excited.
These are just some of the things I am working on currently. What I love most about tech is learning, so please feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn and I'd love to hear what you're working on!
